I have been trying to stay off the scales. I am getting pretty good at figuring out when I am retaining fluid and how much. If I seem to have more than usual, I will weigh, but unless that happens, I am trying to abstain for the moment because it was making me crazy. I have a plan, and I am trying to stay faithful to working the plan.

I do have a non-scale victory, though. Yesterday and today I noticed that my two favorite pairs of pants kept slipping down below my belly when I walk. When I put my phone in my pocket, I can barely keep them up. Time to buy new, smaller pants. Yay!

I also had to take my bra up a notch today. It still kept slipping off my shoulders so I may have to try taking it up another notch tomorrow.
