1) Dad is home (again). Was taken to hospital yesterday by ambo due to bloody stools. Paul notified Extra Mural who called non-emerg ambo and they thought it would be safest to err on side of caution. The doc thinks it was side effect of coming off blood thinner injections. Tested hemoglobins and they were ok so home they sent him after about 6 hours

2) again his upcoming appointments to hopefully get foot pain and colorectal cancer issues resolved

3) somehow I managed to keep focused and had a great day broadcasting live from the Hospital Lottery Show home

4) weekend is here and we don't have to spend it at a hospital

5) got a week's worth of Optifast shakes at cost from clinic and planning on replacing a meal with those 1-2 times a day this week
