Came home to all my spring-blooming clematis blooming for the first time since they were planted over 15 years ago. They are all loaded. The irises are in bloom, too. It is beautiful.

My daughter finally got an appointment to see an internal medicine doctor about her incident of passing out over two weeks ago. The EMTs called her doctor and cardiologist, but neither has had any luck getting her an appointment with a neurologist yet. Her head is still very sore where she hit it, and she is still having trouble with her tongue and lip being numb.

A good conversation with our oldest grandson yesterday. We were just pulling out of the driveway, and he was in the middle of a several-hour journey to a job. Both trucks picked up over the radio, so it was like we were all in the same vehicle. We had a good conversation for about an hour and thirty minutes. Made the time pass much faster. They have decided that they no longer want the nomadic life that his job is. He was running some thoughts by us to make sure that he is not being too impetuous and jumping from the frying pan into the fire. grateful that he is thinking, planning and setting real goals and not just dreaming.

The second grandson was able to buy a new truck and pay cash for most of it. That boy is a natural at budgeting and hates being in debt. I hope he stays that way.

The lake house is coming along, and we are more and more ready to sell our house and move there. I can't wait to get it the way we want it. We just really love the area. The whole family wants to move there now that they have spent time there. LOL
