Inflammatory foods can cause fluid buildup because that is what they do. Holidays are hard that way. I don't think that holiday foods are all that cause inflammation around holidays with people with fibro. I have been known to make dishes that are anti-inflammatory and still get a flare. I think the stress and excitement cause it too. Now that the inflammatory foods are gone, hopefully you will have a good loss next week or the next.
