I barely drink water.
I don't exercise.
I feel like I don't eat enough to maintain 243 lbs but clearly I do and I am.
I haven't had a drink of alcohol since last summer. I am not eating candy / chips/ pies / etc.
I have got to listen to the dietician and behavioral therapists that I am speaking with this week. To be honest I don't feel much difference between now and weighing close to 300. Almost no one has even noticed that I've lost weight. Including me.
Frig and you know I don't mean just frig.
