Hearing about Joan's First Communion class. My best friend from blankets on the ground to our 20s was Catholic and had 4 sisters as well. I remember them, one by one, wearing their pretty white dresses and head covering, heading to church their special day. I was a bit jealous about the fancy dresses! BUT, at that time, I was taught all Catholics went to hell. GG I remember at around 10, going to my Catholic sister-in-law, crying and trying to get her to not be Catholic because I didn't want her to go to hell. I'm sure she didn't.
