Got some new protein powder Vanilla. I have plenty of chocolate but was tired if it. I can flavor the vanilla if I want or add a few berries. That was my breakfast.
I really don’t understand why I’m not losing right now. Going to make sure I up the protein a bit but I normally hit my goal or close. And I could drink a bit more water. Grateful we always have a way to try again and a new day.
Vacation is getting closer. I really wanted 15 more lbs gone ha. Not going to happen. We leave June 5. Return June 15.
