It's a lot for Paul and Dad to both get used to and they are both feeling overwhelmed. They needs some time to breathe and adjust to the changes is what I am trying to remind them. They are both moody hotheads most of the time. Dad absolutely refuses any idea of counselling. It's frustrating but there's not much I can do.

I went for a couple of hours this morning so Paul could run some errands and get a haircut. Did a load of laundry and put it away to try to help. Back again tomorrow morning for a few hours to help how I can.
