Not bad Posted by Krista on 5/26/2026, 6:33 pm, in reply to "Krista, how did dad's first day at home go?" It's a lot for Paul and Dad to both get used to and they are both feeling overwhelmed. They needs some time to breathe and adjust to the changes is what I am trying to remind them. They are both moody hotheads most of the time. Dad absolutely refuses any idea of counselling. It's frustrating but there's not much I can do. I went for a couple of hours this morning so Paul could run some errands and get a haircut. Did a load of laundry and put it away to try to help. Back again tomorrow morning for a few hours to help how I can.

I remind him how far he has come and that he just needs to keep working as he really is getting stronger each day. Your dad will see that too-but it won’t happen overnight. Is the pain in his feet any better? I keep you all in my prayers.
