1) Dr Google says tecta can cause this taste in my mouth and I've been taking it post-op. Going to drop it for a week and see if it makes any difference. Emailed bariatric dietician this morning for her opinion. (I don't like my family doc so would rather not go there!)

2) flannel sheets! It's REALLY cool for this time of the year here so I was bundled up last night

3) super short hair - so easy!

4) got a pair of Skechers for only $89 on amazon. I think they are Glide-ons (so many different types). Have a bit more of a sturdy heel so I'm trying them out at home inside first to be sure about them
