- Last 4 days have been something else... I took a tumble yet caught grabbed my walker and went down slow. Grateful. However, I am sore and bruised. My hip is screaming at me.

- I took Uber to the Meijer (groceries and everything else) I brought my rollerator instead of my cane . Intending to use a motorized cart. So I did minimal shopping... a few garden plants and an RX. All that walking... my hip is screaming again.

Grateful that my pt exercises help a bit and trying to ice 3 times a day.

I cancelled the garden ladies who were going to weed and plant a few things. I didn't go to Alex's girlfriends graduation party. Sad but wise.
