I am happy to say that I stayed the same as last week-BUT-am down from this past weekend when I stepped on the scales to see what kind of damage I had done eating pancakes, wedding cake, chips and salsa, guacamole, pasta this past week when Adam was home. Therefore I am calling this a win and I am taking it!

I mainly had a cup or two or decaf coffee in the morning other than that just water. I started drinking some Crystal Light, then I branched out to diet sodas after a few months and that stalled me completely, even gaining sometimes. I am finding that they make me hungry.

Me Posted by Paula on 4/30/2025, 9:24 am, in reply to "WIW" My goal is to lose 25 pounds by June 5th, hopefully, the day of my surgery. I was all the way back up to 280 on Monday so goal is 255. Keeping track of calories, water and protein. Will aim to keep the calories around 1500. Very doable if I don't eat sweets.
