Thus, we could see it happenning close up via a close up cam that they use at the games. So the live am was up high off of the ceiling, showing each student. Cool. That being said, we couldn't find everyone afterwards to meet up for picture. I called Meg's mom and she said that they thought we went home. They took the pictures and left. I was broken hearted not to get to take a picture with him. I said that I\we would never leave without letting them know. - Tomorrow and sister and Mandy come here for Alex's graduation party. SIL Nancy and niece and her husband come on Saturday for he party. It will be fun. - cleaning ladies happen to be coming the morning company arrives. - the garden is planted. The deer came and ate the coleus. They are suppose not like them. I guess there's a blinking sign here for the deer that says, 'Everything tastes good at Murray and Beverly's House." You wonderful ladies. Love you so very much.

I have been to a lot of family graduations and never been able to see who was walking the stage without them telling us because they were so far away. Recently, when my second grandchild graduated, they used the local University basketball arena and had the jumbotrons set up all around. It was great. So glad that you got to experience that. I saw where you had found a workaround to getting pics, and that makes me happy, too. You will have to share. Your "deer sign" made me chuckle.

I'm going alone because when ill comes, he doesn't walk close enough to me to catch me if I stumble anyway. I remind him but he drifts away. Using just a cane. Showered and washed my hair yesterday with a little help. Felt good but exhausting. My back is definitely better but there is still one troubling spot. I know, it's not even been a week.... I want to get back to tracking my food tomorrow. I decided to bring in some Halo Chocolate Brownie ice cream. It's only 360 calories even if you have the whole pint. I probably have been eating about 1/3 at a time but it's the mind thing. I think about it being in the freezer way too often. Was going to start tracking today but I want a big fresh sesame bagel with cream cheese, lox, onion and capers from the new bagel shop by my house. Bill scampered out of here so early this morning, before he even touched base with me, that I couldn't ask him to get it. I will when he gets back. Even when I'm not watching, I can't eat the while thing at one time. Was going to say 'Mutt and Jeff' but they're more like Laurel and Hardy....one tall and skinny, the other short and squat!

I wish you had more support but I am so glad that you are not letting the lack hold you back. I am sure that spot will heal in it's own time. Just want to remind you of that "stinking thinking" about starting to track later because you want to have a bagel first. Nope. You are allowed to have a bagel. If you can't normally eat a whole one anyway get it and cut it in half, perfect! Save half or more for later or give it to Bill and track it. It is perfectly fine. I had a doctor's appointment and had to fast until after. We stopped at IHOP and I got breakfast that was 890 calories. At first I almost didn't get it but it was what I wanted and I knew that I couldn't eat all of it. Sure enough I did eat less than half of it and that was a perfect number for my first meal of two today to come in between 1200 and 1500 calories. I walked away satisfied because I had what I wanted and even leaving over half I was stuffed. I walked out and left it there so I won't be going back for more today. I don't know about you but I am tired of all or nothing thinking. I am setting boundaries that are doable and setting out to find how to live my life with those boundaries, not how to give up and do without or give in and feel guilty. I have been on a "diet" long enough to know how to allocate calories without starving, eating diet foods or eating to someone elses plan.
