The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"

Are you doing milk products at all. I have a wonderful high protein muffin recipe but it’s got a mix. A protein shake and a Greek yogurt. If you want it let me know
Yes I’d like the recipe…

I am still using my protein shakes in my coffee and still have a few yogurts in the fridge that I am eating. I will see how it affects my weight loss as to whether I buy anymore yogurt.
I have to have something I can live with so this is not a perfect plant based diet. I am just really focusing on eating more fruits and veggies and not being afraid of the good carbs they provide.
So far I’m feeling better and the weight is coming off!!
This is for 12 muffins. I do 24 minis. Also Cindy I made the lemon blueberry because I had a lemon protein shake (so good) and got a lemon Greek yogurt.

SERVINGS 12 CALORIES 143 kcal EQUIPMENT
1 Large mixing bowl 1 Mixing spoon 1 Muffin tin (12 count) INGREDIENTS
1 Box Box Kodiak Muffin Mix 1 pre made protein shake ( I used premier) 1 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line a muffin tin. Add all three ingredients to mix bowl. Stir until just combined - don't overmix. Add mixture to muffin tin, dividing evenly between 12 muffins (it's ok if they are pretty full, they won't rise a ton). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done. Allow to cool and enjoy!
