Delta...a funny Posted by Paula on 10/24/2025, 4:00 pm The first night I was here, totally exhausted from 23 hours of traveling with no real sleep, I woke up with cramps in my calves, feet and, even my sh8ns. Whatever way I moved/stretched to deal with one cramp, another set in. Me? OMG! BLOOD CLOTS! I'm going to die! Very puffy and forgot to bring my water pills. Next thought. "I'll ask Delta! She'll know what I should do!! Dr. Google was awake and helped me out but you were the first resource that came to mind.

Something I have found is that sipping green tea will act like a diuretic. I found some Crystal Light Peach Mango green tea that works pretty well, too. The first time I made it, I used the big pack and made a gallon. I liked the flavored water it made. When I used a single one in a bottle of water one day while out, I was surprised by how much flavor it had. So you can pretty much use it either way, but it makes me pee more than just plain water. I get the one that does NOT say with caffeine because I don't need the extra, but if caffeine doesn't bother you, it would probably work even better.
