The people that ran the only daycare similar to this here moved away a few months ago and I don't trust the lady that bought the daycare.

Although we are saddened by his passing, our hearts are full of hope and joy remembering the life of this generous kind-hearted man. We wish could be there with Beverly, but we are there in spirit! 2. Phone calls and texts with my son. He can be funny. 3. Authors who share their talents with the world, and libraries from which I can freely access their books. 4. The gift of today and all it offers. 5. FSF family and friends! I meant to the huge outdoor market but I slept too late. I couldn't fall asleep last night. Part of me wants to just feel safe and secure and stay in the apartment. I have anxiety about venturing out which is all related to the bubble I've been living in since May. I will push through. Can't wait until I feel more like myself again. Not so afraid of everything. People have described me as 'brave' but that's not how I feel inside. My back is holding up pretty well. I think I've only taken Advil x2. Brought Prilosec to help manage taking an anti-inflammatory. Stamina is my biggest issue. The owner of the Airbnb is the dearest woman. She doesn't speak much English so we talk back/forth via Google Translate when I see her. If I need something or just have a question, I message via the Airbnb app. It automatically translates for me. Off I go. Bon Journee!

About two months after the wound closed I realized one day that I had been feeling like me for a while. It will come. We use a translation app to talk to our Latino workers who don't speak much English. Unfortunately, since I had a French brother-in-law at the time, I took French in school. Turn it on, and either person speaks into it, and it translates. Easy Peasy. I was going about my own business, thinking about other things, when suddenly the thought, 'Paula was dehydrated,' flew into my mind. I completely overlooked that you said that you were cramping so much. I guess I put it down to flying, it does me that way, but it is usually dehydration that causes it. It will make you retain fluid until your electrolyte balance, too. Anytime you fly have some G-zero, Pedialyte, or Liquid IV when you are on the ground again. You can even carry single-serve packets and put them into water. I hope tonight is better. If you still have trouble sleeping maybe Tylenol PM?

Mine didn't because he was afraid of infection and wanted me on that dreadful wounds vac! Girl, Tylenol PM is for sissies!LOL I haven't slept without meds since Menopause 20 years ago. I take hydroxyzine and an anti-psychotic at a low dose. Sometimes, like last night, I still can't fall asleep. I don't have to be upset or anything. It just happens. Then, I take another 1/2 dose. Good idea about the packets. Thanks

They even tried Ambien with me, and though I used to be very sensitive to pain drugs or things for sleep, it only seemed to paralyse me after an hour or so, and I just lay there all night and still couldn't sleep. Three days/nights this went on. I stopped taking it and did manage to fall asleep around 7 AM for a few days until things got a bit easier again. Ditto, there doesn't have to be anything happening. Sometimes, I don't even have racing thoughts, just get on the verge of sleep and not tip over. I pulled the wound open shortly after getting stitches out, and they found that I had healed from the outside but not the inside. They packed the wound and left it to heal without stitches. It took six months to the day to get a scab on it. After they repaired my intestines and took the bag off they did a purse string closure. They left a hole about the size of a quarter open so that it would heal from the inside out. It was packed for ages, it seemed like, I could see inside the hole for months after the packing was taken out. It was almost a year before it had skin over it completely. I heal slowly so it took a minute.
