We use a translation app to talk to our Latino workers who don't speak much English. Unfortunately, since I had a French brother-in-law at the time, I took French in school. Turn it on, and either person speaks into it, and it translates. Easy Peasy.

I was going about my own business, thinking about other things, when suddenly the thought, 'Paula was dehydrated,' flew into my mind. I completely overlooked that you said that you were cramping so much. I guess I put it down to flying, it does me that way, but it is usually dehydration that causes it. It will make you retain fluid until your electrolyte balance, too. Anytime you fly have some G-zero, Pedialyte, or Liquid IV when you are on the ground again. You can even carry single-serve packets and put them into water. I hope tonight is better. If you still have trouble sleeping maybe Tylenol PM?
