Sitting a lot makes us retain fluid and I figure you have been sitting more than you usually do. You may have even been having more diet cola than usual, too. Just keep making good choices and it will sort itself out.

I think I need to make some tweaks since I have remained the same for nearly a month. I know that what I am eating is supposed to come in at 1200-1500 pounds but I will probably need to measure for a bit. I may be making my portions a little bigger than a serving or something.

Then I get pretty good... after a while I go back to eyeballing it again too. It will come down when the body will let go of it.

I also found that most people who I counseled in finances did well when they were budgeting and monitoring each month but after they got good they quit and eventually got to where they were getting lax again. I think it is a common trait in humans. So, back to measuring again.
