This guy puts 5 exercises online every day, and I have been following along. Five at a time were easy to do, but I didn't always do the whole 2 minutes of each; I would just do the one set with him sometimes because I am scattered like that. I love that he put so many of them together. The temps here were 76 day before yesterday. Yesterday we had sleet. No lizards falling out of trees, but it stays interesting here. I finally found mattress pads that I like so much to fit our bed. I found them ages ago and bought them for all the queen-sized beds here and at the lake, as well as my mother and the kids, but they never had them to fit our bed. When I found them, I jumped on it and thought I had ordered them by hitting one click, but for some reason, it didn't go through, and when I opened the app a couple of days later, there they still sat in my cart, BUT they were on sale at a lower price. I got them, and they are great! We talked to the neighbors at the old lake house last night. They have decided to sell his business there as well as the house and move closer to their kids and her doctors. I am not grateful that they are doing that, sad because he has lived there all his life, but not living beside them was one of the hardest things about moving. If they are not going to be there, it doesn't bother me now that we won't be either. We made several new friends at the new house while we were there the last time. They are already texting us frequently. We hear from someone there almost every day. It is nice to have good neighbors.

" golf cart to meet all the neighbors that were home. She sent out a message on the neighborhood messaging board and others came to meet us when they got home. It is a really tight knit neighborhood, most of them have lived here since the subdivision was started in the 90s. We think that we would like to move there permanently. We have talked about going through our house and office, only keeping what we love dearly and having a big moving sale for the rest, then selling the house. The biggest drawback is being so far away from my mother now that she is in her 90s, but she talks like she is about ready to move in with us if we do move to the lake.

That is how I started after being sidelined for a while. There is also a woman that I follow who does senior exercises that are realistic. I started watching one gal who was doing "senior exercises," and she was jumping up and down off the floor like a rabbit. Not ready for that yet. I can do these others, so there is no excuse.

Those falling lizards... They are considered a major nuisance, damaging seawalls, sidewalks, and landscape foliage. There are collection locations where they are humanely destroyed. I wish I was your neighbor!

I did see a news item where a restaurant was cooking them and got into trouble. Authorities told where there were collection facilities to bring any iguanas that people came across, but most people are turned off by destroying animals. Florida sure gets more than its share of non-native animals taking over. It's sad. I wish you were my neighbor, too.

I am trying a different approach. I am going to limit my choices to a reasonable number of bf, lunch and dinner that I like. When I have too many choices I often make bad ones. I am planning to put portion-sized ones in the freezer to have on days when I don't have time to cook and lots of shrimp, white fish and salmon recipes on hand for the days I can cook. I am so out of control. Plans for my trip now include a visit to the Borghese Museum and Gardens in Rome, opera at La Scala in Milan, an overnight trip to Mont Saint Michel in Normandy, an evening meet-up with my travel gurus, Les Frenchies, in Paris and a dinner cruise on the Seine. I think I might poke my head in the Louvre. I've always avoided it because of the crowds and its vastness but, I think I am going to go on one of the evenings it's open and stay for as little or as long as I want. I have never really been drawn to the Mona Lisa so will avoid those massive crowds. Oh, and I think I will take a day trip to Chateau Chantilly. I may go see the Last Supper in Milan if I decide against a day trip to Florence or the Lake Como area. Sounding pretty great!

I tend to do better Posted by Delta on 2/22/2026, 1:23 am, in reply to "Mine" when I have something I like and eat it for several meals instead of trying to come up with new meals all the time. My husband, however, won't eat repeats unless I can make something new enough that it doesn't seem like a repeat. Yours sounds delicious. I would love a week like you have planned. Your trip is sounding more and more exciting. I hope you get to see the last supper. I totally understand about the Louvre. I would love to see Mont Saint Michel. You are a lucky woman!

While everyone is looking at the Mona Lisa, you turn around and look at The Wedding Feast at Cana which is the largest painting in the Louvre. The Last Supper in Milan! You are so lucky!

John’s brother and SIL are doing the holy trip next spring and want us to think about going but it’s so expensive and I have no clue how this shoulder will heal. Also it says you have to walk a LOT each day and it’s aggressive Ang I do t think I could keep up. Not 12 days of it. I would love to. It’s Lourdes. I’ve always wanted to go but it’s also right at 15,000. Maybe next time.

He's always thinking of others, including and mostly ME 4) longer days and temps not as cold 5) selling Dad's hockey cards online for him. We found a solid buyer who is getting great deals on cards and I give Dad the money. He just wants them to go to someone who will appreciate them and I want him to have at least something for them

I bought four boxes because who knows when they'll have it again. 2. We've had several days of nice Florida weather, but it's going to be back down in the 40s Sunday evening which means falling lizards again. 3. Love the exercise video Delta posted. 4. Bought some black jelly beans and hid them away until Easter morning. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

I like that his stuff is so easy but can keep us flexible and help with balance as we age, helping stave off falls if nothing else. I am so glad that you found your favorite coffee and got several. I am having trouble in my area finding decaf other than store brand. In every store in town. What is up with that? They have all been carrying several other decaf brands. If I find my favorite brand somewhere, I am buying all of it. Even our weatherman has been talking about falling lizards in Florida.
