As I said to Krista it’s crazy how fast the years have gone!! I have been logging my food and doing well Sleeping some better Just taking physical therapy day by day. I’ve had a small setback but trying to not let it get me down All of you.

Only some arm pain at night and it was much better but over the weekend I got very stiff and honestly it is the first time. I honestly feel they stretched me too far. They have been stretching me very far 110 plus degrees but I wasn’t hurting so I didn’t think anything of it. They are the professionals. Then Monday I had my range but it HURT and it never had. The nee to me therapist said where is your protocol? I’m like I don’t know you’re looking at the computer. Sure goes to the one who did my assessment and the both come in the room and Tonya tells me they didn’t send one so she assumed I was good to go. ??? I’m like WHAT. I’m so frustrated. She’s one of the head therapists. She went and called the drs office and said they’re resending it. So I’m sad because I feel like they set me back. I’ll know tomorrow. More

My Terrific Tuesday Thankfuls Posted by Delta on 3/31/2026, 2:09 pm, in reply to "Terrific Tuesday Thankfuls - do share? nt" My daughter was finally seen yesterday, after more than two weeks. My husband will have his heart cath/possible stent tomorrow. My daughter will be having an MRI of her head at the same time in the same hospital outpatient area. Not too much stress for one day, right? I found a pair of new pants in a closet yesterday that I had kept because they were new, and I never got to wear them before gaining weight. Even though they were two sizes smaller than what I have been wearing, I tried them on to see how far to go until I could wear them. They fit perfectly!!! No tightness in the waist or hips or anything. Today is a new day. I had to white-knuckle it through the rest of yesterday after the pants fit. All I wanted to do was to make something sweet or search to see if my husband has some somewhere. Why does finding out that I have lost weight cause that?

PMKK is LOVING hanging out on the back porch. She and the neighborhood cat like to watch each other. Having enough... All the things I have that help me get around. YOU LADIES... I love you all.

We enjoyed it - thanks for suggesting! 3) weight is dropping now that I'm back on track. It was so easy to just have "slider foods" like ice cream and candy when there was an "excuse" of Dad being in the hospital and the stress 4) all of you amazing ladies who are the best friends anyone could ever ask for 5) Ray and the life we have built
