My five… Posted by Cindy on 4/25/2026, 1:42 am, in reply to "Friday Gratitudes" 1. Ken’s cardiology appointment went well today. All looks good and he doesn’t have to go back for 6 months. 2. Today is Adam and Chaz’s 1st anniversary. Hard to believe it’s been a year already. 3. Adam is changing jobs. The manager at Arby’s has been after Adam to come work for her as her assistant manager and offered him more money with less hours and he decided to work for them. He starts on Monday and is excited. 4. Working from home a few hours on Friday and then having the rest of the day off. I really enjoy this extra time off. I got a nap today which was lovely! 5. The life Ken and I have. Thank you God for my sweet guy.

Mine Posted by Cindyh on 4/24/2026, 9:12 pm, in reply to "Friday Gratitudes" Got the All Clear from the Dr Wednesday to move in any range that was comfortable to me. He was impressed with the range I had. I have been working hard and he could tell. He moved my weight limit from 2 up to 10 pounds and said TIME TO strengthen! The trip was hard on me this time. We always go up the day before , spend the night, see the dr and come back. It’s over 4 hours and they’ve been doing road construction on I-70 for a year. It’s a MESS. It makes a 4 hour trip at least 5 then factor in bathroom stops and it’s 6. Do that 2 days in a row and my body cries. Anyway I’m recovering I had my first strengthening PT today. Hard but went very well. I’m excited to build my arms up and be done. My SI injections are the first week of MAy and I am counting down the days. Hurting bad. I wish there were more options to help with it but all they have given me is pain pills and injections or Fuse it. Not happy with my eating this week but grateful I can change it Andy called a few days ago and wants to come tomorrow and him and John grill for everyone. He misses me he said. He normally doesn’t visit me. He asks me to come to him so I’m happy. I’m the old one.

Glad things… Posted by Cindy on 4/25/2026, 1:47 am, in reply to "Mine" Are going well with your shoulder! I hope you can get some relief for your SI joint as well. Is it just one side or both? I’ve had problems with mine and I know how painful it is. I’m glad Andy is coming over! Have fun!!

Thank you Posted by Cindyh on 4/24/2026, 10:30 pm, in reply to "Cindyh" It’s been a long road already since surgery January 30. He “prescribed “ 8 more weeks pt and see from there. That’s the end of June. I sure hope that’s all! It’s has went pretty smoothly though
