I’ve been looking at vitality and was wondering. If I understand correctly Ken likes the Aches and Pains for his back better than pure frankincense?? Do you use oil or balm on his back. I think I’m going to order some to try.
With the balm does it spread well and not take much. I have a balm stick that’s menthol and Cbd and I love it, it lasts forever BUT it’s a stick you just spread on. I highly recommend it also but it only lasts hours. Still it’s usually enough to get me to sleep.

Which Ken thinks works better. I personally use both the Frankincense AND the Aches and Pains. I buy the Frankincense balm and a little goes a long way-but you need to use it for a bit before you notice a difference. I put the balm on my knees and elbows.
I got the aches and pains bottle and mix the oil with a carrier oil and put it in a roll on bottle which makes it easy to apply. I have also used just the aches and pains oil straight and put that on my hip each night and it keeps me from waking up in the middle of the if the night hurting.

They both seem to work. I like the Frankincense balm for ongoing pain in my knees and elbows but really like the aches and pains before I go to bed on my left hip and down my leg.
I will switch to the Frankincense balm tonight on my hip and leg and see if it prevents the pain that wakes me up. I lay on that left side and if I use nothing I wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. The aches and pains has frankincense along with other oils.
I hate to not be able to give you a definitive answer as to which I l like better, but I kind of use them for different things. The Frankincense balm works well for joints and the aches and pains works well on muscular pain.
Vitality Extracts has several different oils for pain! I read through dozens of reviews just trying to figure out for myself which oil would work best for me and I could never figure it out! It seems like different oils work differently for different people!
I’ll let you know if using just the frankincense balm helps with my hip pain.
