This was the Government’s gala dinner at Akershus Castle, Princess Jacques sat next to CP Olav. Yes, she wore a tiara with large diamond solitaires.
King Haakon sat between Queen Alexandrine and Princess Ingeborg.

The Princess did get a very prominent place - next to the host.
I am not sure that we see a tiara with a row of (large) diamond solitaires.
