I think the tiara is to blame here. I have not seen any royal pull this one off to be frank. Not even the first wearer when it was in fashion. Nice try by Stephanie but if there's one tiara out there that should have been recycled soon after it was created its this one! Let's put it this way: Queen Mary would have known what to do with it.
Put it in a display for all I care but don't wear it anymore.
And as for Stephanie, It think she has to make due with one of the more complicated collections out there: the Diamond Gothic Cathedral, the Green one eyed monster, the bland Amethyst and Citrine headbands... Yuk.
The Belgian scroll tiara is probably the best piece with Queen Adelaide's Sapphire coming second and the Chaumet choker, Emerald Peacock, Aquamarine bandeau and Diamond Vine tiaras all coming in third.
