The Chaumet emerald tiara is one of my favourite tiaras.
Both Charlotte and Josephine-Charlotte looked good wearing it in my view.
Maria Theresa wore it well on her first state portrait as Grand Duchess but since has never worn it well. Often combining it with the emerald choker that does not suit her at all.
Stephanie should have worn the tiara a little further back and maybe even slightly tilted. That would have made it look much better.
The more round facial features of the current Grand Duchess and hereditary Grand Duchess may be slightly less suited to this tiara.
I agree that Maria Theresa looks best in the Belgian scroll tiara, the pearl trellis tiara and the aquamarine bandeau. Stephanie so far looked best with the sapphire tiara and the tiara she wore for her wedding ball. I think Stephanie has the length of hair to create a hairstyle that would fit the big diamond tiara of the dynasty. That never looked good on the current Grand Duchess but looked great on Charlotte and Josephine-Charlotte.
Im not a fan of all the smaller pieces but the citrine set looks good on dark haired women. The amethysts are better suited for fairer haired ladies. The collection is actually quite large so they can afford to opt for the jewels that suit them best.

I think the tiara is to blame here. I have not seen any royal pull this one off to be frank. Not even the first wearer when it was in fashion. Nice try by Stephanie but if there's one tiara out there that should have been recycled soon after it was created its this one! Let's put it this way: Queen Mary would have known what to do with it.
Put it in a display for all I care but don't wear it anymore.
And as for Stephanie, It think she has to make due with one of the more complicated collections out there: the Diamond Gothic Cathedral, the Green one eyed monster, the bland Amethyst and Citrine headbands... Yuk.
The Belgian scroll tiara is probably the best piece with Queen Adelaide's Sapphire coming second and the Chaumet choker, Emerald Peacock, Aquamarine bandeau and Diamond Vine tiaras all coming in third.
