I can confirm that there are two different spiked tiaras: One worn by Countess Karin of Rosenborg, and another one that has been worn by the two wives of Count Axel of Rosenborg (Jane and Jutta). Both tiaras have belonged to Princess Viggo.
Thank you Stig, to me it has always been a little strange that so many believe they are the same tiara... perhaps it is because of one of the jewelry books out there about the Danish royal jewels where it is stated it is the same...
