Queen fabiola did a Testament . Her money went to her many belgian and Spanish Foundations. But this has nothing to do in a jewel Board.
When Queen Fabiola became Queen of the Belgians no glittering events anymore and our Royal Court lost its Glory.
She was the only Queen who did not want to wear the Sashes she received during the State Visits . A lot of diplomatic problems for this.
She gave back to Belgium the jewels she received and the ruby bracelet which was a gift from Prince Albert and Pincess Paola for her Wedding.
No show up since more than 10 years of all her personnal jewels such as her aquamarines , King Baudouin presents, since she passed away. They are not in Belgium they should be worn.
I respect the Queen's will and the future of her jewels.

I agree that thuis tiara should have remained in Belgium as Fabiola only got it because she was marrying the King of the Belgians.
Unfortunately it's reuptationas a gift from FRanco and to that that there was quiet a bit of mystery about it because it asn't seen for so long didn't help it. Who knows perhapos Fabioal cleared up with Philippe and Mathilde if the wanted it or not
What i wonder is were are her other Jewels like many aquamarines or the neckalcxe of the tunisi9an parue from which Mathilde has the earrings Previous Message
What I meant was that though the jewel was given to Fabiola it was given to her as the new Queen of the Belgians. So I don't agree with the qualification that it was a personal jewel. All Belgian jewels are personal as far as we know but Fabiola had a unique opportunity to start a collection that successive Queens of the Belgians would have been able to add to.
Unfortunately Fabiola and Boudewijn did not have any children but by starting a family or crown collection she would have left another legacy for ages to come. Previous Message
I don't understand everybody knows that Mrs Franco gave the tiara to Dona Fabiola as Wedding gift from Spain because she will marry the King of the Belgians....

Fabiola had quite a number of interesting smaller/more personal jewels that probably all went to her Spanish relatives.
The Spanish weddinggift tiara was a gift to HM the Queen of the Belgians, not to Donna Fabiola marrying some Belgian aristocrat. Had her husband not been the King she would never have received this tiara from her home nation. Previous Message
I wrote to belgian jewellers and people who knows more about the belgian Royal family.
It is an evidence , Queen Fabiola died in 2014 and since then no show up of the Spanish tiara. Most thought it will go to Princess Elisabeth when she will be 18 ,but when we noticed King Philippe and Queen Mathilde bought a new tiara for her , we knew that the spanish tiara was not in the main branch anymore.
Queen Fabiola realy loved her spanish family and with her private jewels she may do what she wants.
When I received a letter saying that the tiara was dismantled and each niece and nephew has a leaf, I was happy for them. Queen Fabiola received at her Wedding the Nine Province tiara from King Leopold III and from the Belgians the Wolfers tiara necklace with 205 diamonds.
As the Nine Province tiara is a Queens tiara (never wore in its whole by Princess Lilian) Queen Paola wore it and now Queen Mathilde.
Queen Fabiola gave the Wolfers tiara present from the Belgians to Queen Mathilde .
Queen Fabiola is the only Queen who never wanted to wear the belgian and the foreign Sashes , which occured some diplomatic problems. We have to respect her Wills . Previous Message
Do you have any photos of that Previous Message
This tiara was a personal gift from Spain to Dona Fabiola.
It will never be seen in Belgium anymore.
She gave it to her Spanish Family . They dismantled the tiara . Her nephews and nieces has each a Leaf they may wear as brooch remembering their loving Aunt.
