The whole parure was at one point own by Harry Winston. I remember seeing a picture on his web site where the model was wearing it, the tiara as a belt. Joan Rivers wore the necklace and earrings for the Oscar a few years later. Obvioulsy this lady bought them from Harry Winston. But very sad indeed the parure is broken up. The original auction was on june 20th, 2001. You can see the parure on the blog of thid site.
