Maxima wore long diamond earrings with pear shaped diamonds, a diamond bracelet created from Queen Juliana's Dutch Indies bracelet and Queen Emma's diamond Aigrette as a brooch. The Aigrette is said to have been a wedding gift from Grand Duchess Sophie of Saxen-Weimar-Eisenach, the sister of King Willem III in 1879.
The Princess of Orange wore a pair of diamond figure eight earrings created in the 1960's from Queen Wilhelmina's National Wedding Gift Parure (1901) and an open work or trellis bracelet with a floral motif lock from Queen Wilhelmina.

She really has hasn't she? Lost a lot of weight (just like her father) and is slowly but gradually taking up a more prominent public role. Starting this year she is also accepting around ⅓ of her state income.
