Ghost & Mr. CHicken. One of my all-time favorites. I still recall getting scared as a little kid of the blood running from the portrait with the sheers stuck in plus the music. The organ music was so creepy.
How about the "Private Eyes"? Another good scare comedy to watch on Halloween.
