Re: Halloween '15 movies
I watched "The Invisible Man" tonight. I enjoyed it. I like the first half of the film best, as the Invisible Man is residing in the bar/lodge. Some of the dialogue was hard for me to follow though. I guess it was just the accents and fast talking of some of the actors. Short running time but that is to be expected in these early films but I would liked to have seen a little more interaction between Claude Rains, Henry Travers & Gloria Stuart. I liked this as well as Universal's "Frankenstein" but I don't think I could put it ahead of "The Creature From The Black Lagoon". I really do need to see more Universal monster films. I'm lacking. "The Cat & The Canary" is awesome Al! I have it in my collection as well as "Ghost Breakers". Seen them both at least twice. Vincent Price's "The Bat" is a similar film also and pretty good. I like these early whodunit/ghost films a lot.
