Haha, before I clicked this reply, I thought, "hey, he didn't mention "The Uninvited"!
Yeah, right off the top of my head, I can think of a few seance scenes. The Bowery Boys Film "Ghost Chasers" (1951) has one, "The House That Would Not Die" (1970) with Barbara Stanwyck. Did you ever get to see this one Al?, I remember recommending it a couple of years ago. Also, "The Legend Of Hell House" (1973) with Roddy McDowell and "Amityville 3D" (1983), a tame ghost story at the legendary house. I'm sure there are more in the old classic black and whites. They ooze atmosphere but I just can't think of any right now.
