Yeah, I'm sticking to the classics, Virg. Ha!
I've seen The Thing That Couldn't Die, but it was last March on Svengoolie, and I still don't remember. Ha! Probably because I was making fun of it while watching. Oh. Wait. Is this the one with the Head in a Box seeking a body?? Oh, man.
Which reminds me of a recent winner last month, Blood of Dracula, from 1958 I think. There's not much blood, it all takes place at a girl's school full of well-dressed bad girls...and there's even a musical number!...and Dracula doesn't show until late.
And I'm half way through The Clairvoyant 1935, with Claude Rains and Fay Wray. Rains sure makes a lot of crazy faces, and I'm not having a very fun time so far.
I'd say I'm off to a bad October. Although, Sven IS showing the original Frankie from '31 tomorrow night.
