Hey Al, I just wanted to follow up. I have watched 3 W.C. Fields films and the last couple of weeks.

Never Give A Sucker An Even Break
I Liked them in the listed order but each film had there funny moments.
I liked the Old Fashioned Way's storyline best. The story in Never Give A Sucker... was a little crazy and I didn't care much for the musical interludes when Fields wasn't on screen.
Fields bits are pretty darn funny. My favorite "bit" thus far has been when Fields gets into an altercation with a rival and then tries to blame it on someone else. In "Sucker" he hits that big guy in the head with a croquet mallet. Gives the mallet back to the skinny owner and says "I'm neutral, just leave me out of it." Ha!
The crazy car scene at the end of "Sucker" was hilarious also.
A lot of good comedy here!
