Queen Victoria also wears it in the Winterhalter Painting of the Royal Family in 1846, with cabochon-emerald chandelier earrings and some large cabochon brooches.
I know that it was worn by one of QVs decedents to the 1960 State Opening of Parliament, whom many believed to the one of the Fife Family (which would explain its decent from Queen Victoria, to Queen Alexandra, to Princess Louise etc...) I however, cannot find this picture of it being worn in 1960, to see whether or not they are also wearing this large necklace and earrings. Which have now also left the main family line.
