It certainly looks like a very similar necklace, if not the same necklace, as well as a very similar brooch.
It looks like the whole Parure descended to this branch of the family. I believe the lady wearing it was the wife of the 3rd Duke of Fife (they divorced in 1966, and she became Caroline, Lady Worsley).
