Yes. There were three seperate brooches given as wedding-gifts to the Queen. Although my question is, what information do you have that the Warwick Sun Brooch was dismantled, I agree that it is a possibility owning to the fact that it has not been seen in so long, yet I have never read anything to confirm this.

Here are the notes I have on the Warwick Brooch and the Richmond Brooch.

    Queen Mary’s Warwick Sun Brooch

This large all-diamond sun brooch was presented to Queen Mary as a wedding gift in 1893 on behalf of “the Earl and Countess of Warwick, Lord and Lady Brooke, Captain the Hon. Alywne and Mrs Greville, Lady Eva and the Hon. Sydney Greville.”[1] It was exhibited amongst the other wedding gifts at the Imperial Institute, and as such was illustrated in The Graphic.[2]

Queen Mary records in a letter to her mother, the Duchess of Teck, that she wore “the Warwick’s sun on the side” of her gown, when she dined on first evening, during her stay with Queen Victoria at Osborne shortly after her wedding.[3]
(Its current whereabouts is unknown, thus it has presumably been dismantled).

    Queen Mary's Richmond Brooch

Field has previously, mistakenly, referred to this brooch as ‘Queen Mary’s Surrey Brooch’.[1] However it was actually a gift from “the Town of Richmond”,[2] upon the occasion of her marriage in 1893; and is described as such in the catalogue that accompanied the exhibition of wedding-gift at the Imperial Institute,[3] also in Queen Mary’s various inventories.[4] It was made by Hunt and Roskell,[5] and was reported to have cost £500.[6]

Robert’s describes this brooch as “of pierced scroll outline, pavé-set with brilliants, with a detachable oval pearl and brilliant centre, and a detachable pavé-set pearl pendant”.[7]

This brooch is fairly adaptable: there is a suspension loop at the top, so it can be worn as a pendant,[8] as it was by Queen Mary to the Devonshire House Ball in 1897;[9] there are also two additional suspension loops at the bottom for additional pendants.[10] It was also worn on occasion by Queen Mary in her hair, as can be seen in a letter she wrote to her mother, which remarked that on the third evening of her stay with Queen Victoria at Osborne in August 1893, she wore the “Richmond’s pearl and diamond brooch in my hair”.[11]

In 1913 the pearl pendant was removed from the brooch, and used on ‘Queen Mary’s Lover’s Knot Tiara’; however when the upright pearls were removed from this tiara in 1932, the pendant was returned to this brooch.[12]

In 1953 this brooch was bequeathed to the Queen, who has worn in on occasion, both with and without the pearl pendant.[13]
