Can you confirm me that Dona Isabel read in portuguese, as far as I understood? I was able to only watch the cerimony by Wort.lu but I lacked the sound . So just viewing and complete silence, unfortunately...
It was lovely to see the Duchess reading in the mass. After all the Granducal family as alot of Braganza blood (in every branch) and 16% of Luxembourg population is portuguese.
Dona Isabel wore the same outfit and hat (and pearls) she wore more than 10 years ago in Oporto, for the christening of her youngest child Infante Dom Dinis, Duke of Oporto. She is a master in recycling closes and I much praise her for that. Magazines also coment on this and title "In economical crisis times Dona Isabel sets an example".
