    Ah! I recall that I identified the NZ as Queen Mary’s tiara and the London necklace - but maybe the details provided were right afterall, or almost.

    I now think the descriptions were swapped. The tiara is her wedding tiara, Queen Mary's, and the necklace could indeed be the Hanoverian fringe.
