Well, I do believe that HM made a point of wearing the New Zealand fern brooch (the silver fern is a national symbol of NZ). And the double fringe combinations fits just great with this brooch, imho.

: I do believe that the Queen has made a point
: of being photographed wearing certain jewels
: that reachd her only after the death of the

: The Hanoverian fringe, or Queen Adelaide’s
: Fringe Necklace as it should now be known
: since the QD, is an heirloom of the crown,

: been ideal to bring it out.
: If so, then it would be the necklace in the

: the necklace is not the London is the
    : challenge.
: Edit: I opt for the necklace being Queen
    : Adelaide's.

: In the trio here, the London necklace is the

: The bottom two are Queen Adelaide's.

: Ah! I recall that I identified the NZ as
: Queen Mary’s tiara and the London necklace -
: but maybe the details provided were right
    : afterall, or almost.
: Link to the jewllery descriptions - link
    :
: I now think the descriptions were swapped.
: The tiara is her wedding tiara, Queen
: Mary's, and the necklace could indeed be the
    : Hanoverian fringe.
: The official portrait for NZ was discussed
    : before here
    :
: I will put together some of my pics for
    : comparison.
