Normal life - and no necklace Archived Message

Yes William and Catherine do indeed welcome and protect the 'normal' facets of their life. And why shouldn't they. I would predict that will eventually lead to more modernisation of the British monarchy than we have seen in a long time. (though I doubt I will be around to see it ) As for a necklace to match the bracelet. Well she has worn the bracelet to numerous engagements, and in the day time as well as evening. But we have never so far seen a necklace. And there were many occasions - when it is a formal evening and her dress lends itself to a necklace - when there could have been a necklace worn and we have never seen it. Indeed on the evening of her wedding would have been one such occasion. Indeed at the military awards in December 2011 when she wore a very glittering diamond and ruby necklace said, officially, to be a private gift. a detailed picture is here http://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/news-photo/view-of-catherine-duchess-of-cambridges-neckace-seen-as-she-news-photo/136095255 and lots more here http://www.gettyimages.co.uk/Search/Search.aspx?contractUrl=2&language=en-GB&family=editorial&p=catherine+-+duchess+of+cambridge+military+awards&assetType=image So after all that rambling I am trying to say, I don't believe there is a necklace. --Previous Message-- : : : --Previous Message-- : Máxima, Mathilde, Victoria, Mette-Marit and : name them all are young too and I don't : think you can say they don't favour a lot of : jewelry.... : : : You're right, but all you named are (the : spouses of) the next monarchs, whilst The : Duchess of Cambridge is married to the : second in line to the throne.
