You could have a point there, but I would not like to see that put an end to genuine research, and recording, of the history of important jewels in the archives of the major jewel houses. --Previous Message-- : I agree with the previous comments, I think : the same about the book. But isn't it : intended for the general public, and not for : the gemmologists or jewelry historians ? : In my opinion, it is rather the publisher : who asked Vincent Meylan to 'pack' the : jewels with pleasant stories. Because it is : easier to sell. :
