I assume you are speaking about the square-shaped diamond ring which was the engagement ring of Camilla?
There was a picture of the Queen Mother wearing it, which surfaced on the day of the engagement of Charles and Camilla.
I seem to recall it was connected to the Greville inheritance, but cannot remember where I read that.
