Yes PJ, similar but different. Marie seems to be wearing a cross of St. Andrew (patron saint of Scotland) flag pin which is a white saltire on a blue background. (hard to be 100% sure in black & white) Victoria is wearing a white ensign which consists of a St. George’s cross (red cross on a white background) with a Union Flag in the top left corner.
