The source did not state the origins of this pair of ruby and diamond earrings & the ruby and diamond necklace, but the Queen Mother apparently had worn them a long time ago (as HM the Queen).
The source is from a book in my collection: "Royal Souvenirs" by Geoffrey Warren (pub. in 1977).
Another time in a different evening gown but again wore this ruby and diamond necklace & pair of earrings {and the same tiara as well}:
