besides Queen Alexandra's Welsh-related pendants/brooches (one of them also previously worn by Diana), the Duchess of Cornwall has worn two emerald and diamond brooches which are supposed to come from the Queen-Mother:
- this one was frequently worn by the Queen-Mother and is supposed to be part of the Greville heirloom:
- this one is a bar brooch made of three emeralds in a diamond surround:
23 April 2006: Thanksgiving service at Saint George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, For Queen Elizabeth II's 80th birthday:
Both brooches have never been worn by Queen Elizabeth II.
What is the other Greville brooch you are refering to?
And in which book or document is there a reference to the 25th anniversary wedding gift emerald and diamond brooch from King George VI?
Thanks in advance!
Arthur
