So I guess we can then safely say that the photo is indeed from the pre-wedding gala in connection with the wedding in Coburg. But that opens up more questions than giving us any answers. Sorry for discussing this tiara at such a length, but I find it too interesting to let it go. And in a way I must say that I am pleased to see that the Scandinavian jewels can be just as captivating as the UK ones. So, if the "bigger" tiara was a gift to Princess Helena in 1934, could it be that the one worn in 1932 was the second and smaller one.
