It has been a minute since I have seen the CAINE MUTINY, but, yes, it is a great film.
You know, back in the Christmas season, I watched "THE TROUBLE WITH ANGELS" and I set aside a small grouping of Bogart films I had still yet to see, THE BAREFOOT CONTESSA, being one of them, but I never went back to the pile. He is one of my favorite actors and I have seen most all of his films. Just that few left.
I have not seen the other films you mentioned. I have passed over the Harrison Ford & Paul Newman flicks many times on tv and in reading but never watched them through.
I did watch the sci-fi film "STARMAN" from 1984, this past weekend. I forgot that is was directed by JOHN CARPENTER. Somehow this was another film very familiar to me but I had never watched all the way through. I probably remotely flipped on and past this film many times through the years. It was pretty entertaining; I have to admit.
I have another upcoming watch that I ran across the other day and I just have to see. A western starring Walter Brennan, Rory Calhoun and John McIntyre, FOUR GUNS TO THE BORDER (1954). We'll see how it goes!
Have a good day/night, Al!
