Cindy, I wanted to clarify my prior post to you. The reason I said I thought 28 points was high is because I view all food plans through the lens of calories, and when I convert 28 points to calories, well, it seems high to me. I apologize in advance if I seemed critical. I am a firm believer that every person who wants to lose weight has to find a program that works for them not only while they are losing, but also while they are maintaining. Amen
