The new app also counts calories and as an example yesterday when I had 26 points I ate 921 calories. Today I had 26 points and ate 1123 points.
The zero point foods really screw things up when it comes to figuring points!
With the diabetic plan the only difference in points that I am seeing is points assigned for fruits. Everything else stays the same for me. If I ate potatoes or corn - those points would change from 0 but I generally don’t eat them.
Today I had 4 points with the fruit I ate, so if I was just on the regular plan I would have eaten 22 points!
All that being said, I think I will switch back to the regular plan. Having those extra points makes me think I need to eat them.
